Gai Noi is a non-tipping establishment. An 18% service charge is applied to your bill when you dine in with us and is included in shown pricing. 100% of revenue from this surcharge is paid to the Service Team working to serve you as additional wages.

An 18% Service Charge is added to all dine-in and takeout orders placed in-store. Pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 177.23 subdivision 9, this charge is not a gratuity for employee service. One hundred percent of revenue generated by this charge is paid to our Service Staff.
